Jim
Garrison, businessman from Ennis, Texas, sends the
following report of a trip into Mexico:
Miguel,
and I traveled to the Mennonite community north of Chautemoc.
After
spending time with Rene Friesen, I knew he had a heart for ministry and a
great interest in the message of grace because of his exciting response to
my quick overview of "Oneness". I left him a copy of "The
Pursuit of the Upward Call" and a case of the Spanish
"Oneness" books. He has agreed to a follow-up session.
I
left some Spanish "Oneness" for a Mennonite pastor who wants to
meet for more information about my ministry in Mexico and along the border.
Chris
Martin, businessman from Red Oak, Texas, emailed
from Manila that the message of our union with Christ is being well received
by the pastors he is meeting with. He has received numerous invitations to
teach the message—including an invitation to teach it to leaders in a
Catholic church.
Ken
Langster, businessman from Heber Springs, Arkansas,
called to share about his ministry of spreading the message of the
believer’s union with Christ.
For
years Ken has had a ministry in the state prisons of Arkansas. Among others,
he shares with men on death row. He said that over half the man on death row
are studying “Our Oneness With Christ” with the help of the workbook that
goes with it.
Ken,
a Gideon, leaves soon for New York City for a Bible distribution campaign
where he has gone annually for many years. He will take copies of “Our
Oneness With Christ” along with the workbook, “The Pursuit of the Upward
Call,” and “Introduction to Our Oneness With Christ” to distribute to
pastors and other church leaders while in New York.
We
