Just as God saved us by grace through faith, we are to live by grace through faith. When we encourage others to live by grace, we are encouraging them to live by faith in God.

The God we trust and the God we encourage others to trust in is worthy of our faith. If one is reluctant to trust everything he has and is into His hands, let him consider some of the aspects of the One we trust and encourage others to trust.

First John 4:8 and 4:16 declare that God is love. One of the best descriptive statements about God’s love is found in Romans 5:8.

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

By experiencing God’s grace, we love Him and we love others.

We love because He first loved us.  1 John 4:19 (NIV)

First Timothy 1:17 gives an expressive and expansive description of God.

Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever.

In Romans 11:33 Paul seems to cry out:

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!

Ephesians 1:19 speaks about God working in the lives of believers according to:

…the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ …

It is a joy to trust all that we are and possess into the hands of One who loves us enough to send His Son to die for us, to Him who alone is wise and to the One of almighty power. We thank God that we can live by grace trhough faith and can encourage others to do the same.
